GDPR – Information Clause

Considering our commitment to the proper management of our Clients’ personal data and the entry into force of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR), we kindly inform you that:

The purpose of processing your personal data is to perform the sales contract for products offered by us based on orders received from you. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
The processing of personal data includes the following categories of your data: first name and last name, company name, company registered address, shipping address, contact phone number, email address.
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed by entities acting on behalf of the administrator (e.g., courier companies and commercial partners cooperating with us) for the purpose of fulfilling sales contracts.
We inform you that your personal data is stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, taking into account the deadlines resulting from the necessity to store documentation in accordance with generally applicable laws in this regard.
We kindly inform you that you have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data by FUNERHURT Sp. z o.o.:
• the right to request access to your personal data from the administrator;
• the right to rectification of data;
• the right to erasure of data;
• the right to restriction of processing;
• the right to data portability (if technically possible).
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent by sending an appropriate email to: sklep@funerhurt.pl.
Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
We assure you that FUNERHURT Sp. z o.o. makes every effort to ensure all physical, technical, and organizational measures for the protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access, in accordance with all applicable legal provisions.
